Event Summary This training session will help schools to understand
absences and explore ways of reducing and managing absences in the workplace.


Event description This session will look at the types of staff absence - both sickness and non-sickness related - and their causes and impact. The course will explore ways of managing different types of absences and strategies to maximise attendance across the workforce.

This course will be presented by HR professionals from the Education HR team.
